  4. The 2NT bid shows a balanced distribution and
  5. HCPC of exactly 11 with good 5 card minor suit,
  6. or a weak 12 point hand.

  8. Weak 12 point hands tend to have weak 4 card
  9. suits with the strenth in the shorter suits.
  10. In some cases the high card strenght may be
  11. composed entirely of three aces which makes 
  12. it more difficult to make game.  Finally, it 
  13. is wise to keep the QT to two or more.

  15. Pass this hand if the right hand opponent doubles.
